About four out of seven days a week, I wake up thinking about blowing my brains out. I'd have to say a good deal of it stems from my severe acid reflux disease, and the fact I don't have insurance, or a job right now to fix it. I seriously stare at the cieling and think about painting it with my brains. It's gotten worse and worse and I've been watching reruns of Becker. What should I do?

I wake up several times every night with muscle cramps in my lower legs and feet. I've tried the over the counter stuff and it doesn't help. Most of these have a generic form of Benadryl in them that keeps me up. Any suggestions? I'm becoming desperate.

I knew it and actually I fall asleep only when I move my legs. Now my husband notice that my legs move continuously even when I'm in deep sleep. Is it a kind of decease? what is it?? He wants me to see a doctor. Which specialist should I see? By the way my legs hurt often at the back of my knee.

Any good answers from knowledgeable people will be appreciated.

So I woke up on Monday and right away my left upper arm was very sore. I thought I slept on it or whatever. Throughout the day I had a hard time moving it. Monday was my day off and I didn't hurt that arm or lift anything that was heavy on Monday or on Sunday. Today I had to go to work and when I woke up my whole body was aching. It's all my muscles. Both arms from elbows up to shoulder blades, through the neck, down my spine and from both knee caps up to my thighs I have horrible pain in my muscles. What could of caused this? I just woke up and there was pain all over my body and no other sympyoms?

Ive got a really bad back and have been seeing a chiropractor for a few months now, she said most people have about 6-8 sessions, but ive had 11 now, spent nearly £400, and my bad is still just as bad!
The only difference is, i get really bad pain in my neck, sholders and lots of headaches too. I have to click the bones in my neck and back regularly to ease pain.

Has anyone had good or bad experiences with chiropractors please?

I have rheumatiod, osteo and psoriatic arthritis and am currently taking 6 Sulphsalazine tablets daily. It's the second time of trying them as I reacted badly the first time I took them. I am wondering if there are any other tablets I could take.
I'm going to the dr's on Friday to enquire about this, and could anyone on here give me any clues as to what to ask for.

This is so bad that, even in summer, he wears gloves in bed and has the heated blanket on to try to warm his feet. { Notice the try } He has Diabetes 2 but his fingers and toes feel warm to the touch so it is not a circulation problem. His life is being made miserable so any sensible recommendations are welcomed

your opinion. I was on 6 vicodin a day. Their changing it to 2 m.s. contin a day tomarrow. Is that the same as oxycontin? Don't worry. I plan to go off once I have my surgery and am done with all this dental work and if I stop breaking my feet. In like 6 months, I'm going off anything addicting. I'm going on Suboxone to make it easier. I hate this. I'm only 29. I have a three yr.old. I don't want to be a pill popping mom. I'm just grateful she is so healthy. Is m.s.contin something scary? Don't people robb pharmacy's over this? What do I do if it doesn't work as good as my Vicodin? Why do they switch you, other than not having to take as many? I think it has Morhpine in it. I've never had morhpine. I don't want to feel high. I've seen people on it in the hospitol and they were incoherent. I'm sure my doctor knows what he's doing. I just never like change. So, what are the benifits to the switch other than being time releasing and lasting longer?

I have the most horrible pain in my hands today and for the last couple of days. It has been rainy here. It started with my left pointer finger nuckle, very stiff, then all the fingers. Now my right hand is so painful I can barely type, cannot make a fist and it's a horrible pain to pick up my three month old and carry him. My right wrist appears slightly swollen but not red. Should I use a heating pad? Ice pack? I don't want to make it worse. I tried 800mg Ibuprophen and Darvocet, made me sick to my stomach but no pain relief.

Everyone once in a while (including right now), I get this extremely uncomfortable stomach pain, kind of shooting pains throughout my lower abdomen. Sometimes it keeps me awake, and at times I can't move a muscle in my body because it hurts so bad. I know this isn't the most ladylike thing, but it is occasionally accompanied by gas. Does anyone have any ideas on what this could be?
