Dont eat before running. And breathe through your nose when you run; not through your mouth.

I used to get that when I used to run a lot. Initially it was short distances, like a mile, then as I developed more stamina it would happen at 2 or 3 miles, then 6 or 7 mile. It's really just a matter of conditioning. However, it wouldn't hurt to have more protein and nutrients in your diet. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruit, fish, meat, and take a cood supplement.

While youre running, try to relax. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth in a steady, stream.

Try these supplements, they work:
Multi vitamin: - use daily for at least three months.

Make sure you are hydrated enough each day and also focus on your breathing. I notice that when I take deeper breaths while running I have less cramps. Good luck!
