hello well im not to sure why my back is hurting after being told l4 and l5 is havin trouble streaching as i have done swiming and yoga and was best it has been!

yesterday at work which is physical piking babies up in nursery to change nappies i have been doing it for 3 months and been fine!

but yesterday i had bad ache and was killign me stil is today!
i had fever systoms last nite and did not sleep i am dehadrated and now neck legs and back hurts and fill heavy not to metionmy head feels like it has a mirgraine im goin to doc at 2 what do u fink it is

hi got back from docters ,
i have the flu and have been signed off all week.

now im worse then yesterday
i ache from head to toe, doc said this expected even with people who dont have a weak back like me.
thing is im not goin swiming 2nite coz i hurt that muh or going to yoga 2mo as i have no energy!
thing is shall i just do sum lil streachies as i dont wont my back to go stiff again when the flu has gone.
advice please? doc said pain and stress with flu wil go to my back as it has weakness.

Go stright to the A&E, but get someone else to take you or possibly get an ambulance. Your symptoms could be meningitis. Don't screw around, and don't work with babies until you are seen by the docs.

Could be meningitis. Viral or bacterial. Go get checked out asap, might even go to the ER now.

See if you can manage evening classes - one on spelling would help, if you want to take up nursing as a profession you will need to pass written exams, looking at your question above, you have failed as of now.

i dont know...but i would love to hear what the doctor would say...can u update me, im a little bit worrying of myself but i couldnt find time to go to a doctor, not yet...
