I had the second tooth from the back top pulled a few years back, and my gums around that area have shifted and now I have terrible migranes everyday. I have tried the dentist, but they told me its my sinuses and the e.n.t. doc told me it was my tooth. I am at a loss as of what to do right now. I am in pain daily and i think the bone near the extraction has even shifted. I am not 100% sure this is the problem, and i am scared to get an implant because the gum around that area feels bumpy and is completly different from the other side. Please help!

The pain is not real bad, just annoying. Its in one small spot about the size of 2 fingers, right at the base of my head on the left side. I don't feel like I should go to the doctor, its not that severe, its just annoying. The more I think about it the more it hurts. I have no bumps, both sides of my head feel the same. The pain has been there for about 2 months now, not bad, but I know it hurts.

For a while now, i have been feeling pain in my back when i lay down to go to bed, i usually reposition to the side, but recently i discovered if i maintain the position the pain subsides completely.
Also more recently abdominal pains have accompanied , they maybe be different symptoms though.

These abdominal pains may be the cause of constipation, i hadn't gone for a week, so i took laxatives for a few days and it worked. Though after i discontinued, i haven't gone since, it has only been about 40 hours though.

help! woke up this morning with a pain in my neck. when im looking straight there is no pain, but when i turn it left/right/up/down at a certain angle there is pain. It originates from the left shoulder/neck area. This has happened to me before last year.. my mum says its because i did not have a good sleeping posture the night before( not sure if she is true though). It went away after about 2 days.

How can i treat the pain? I kind of need instant relieve/cure because i am having my piano diploma exam tmr, and i need to practice really hard today too (:

thanks!

I get canker sores ALLLL THE TIME. They hurt, ive tried all of that numbing stuff that you can buy (kanka, orabase, the little patches you can put over it, EVERYTHING). Is anyone a doctor here because i think i might have to call my doctor to get prescribed something, and it hurts to talk. Ive stopped eating salt, so citrus, everything i can think of that can cause it, but yet i still get them....

Friday morning i woke up unable to move, the pain in my lower back was unbearable to cut a long story short i went to the doctors he said i have slipped a disk.

He has pescribed me Diazepam and Co-Codamol they are making me sleep but are not doing anything for the pain, sometimes i feel like im going to crumble into a big heap on the floor! he has told me to back in a weeks time (next Friday)

Has anybody had this before and what did you do to help releive the pain, ive tried putting heat pads on the lower back but still no good.

My buttocks and legs hurt is that normal, when i see him on Friday i wasnt feeling pain there but i am now.

Ok, this may sound a little wierd but my dad had to have part of his tongue removed last week. I feel so bad for him because he is in a lot of pain and this was supposed to just feel "like he bit his tongue" Well it hurts a lot worse for him and he is still in a lot of pain A WEEK LATER! I'm sure he's hungry since he can't really eat and all he has been able to eat is mashed potatoes and like shakes and stuff. Does anyone know of a way for him to speed up his recovery process

I have been feeling this severe pain in my right since February of this year. I went to my doctor twice and he prescribed antibiotics and pain killers on both ocassions. now that the medications are well worn out of my system I am in hell. i cant sleep at nights and the regular pain kilers are no use. I went to another doctor who said i dont have any ear infection and reffered me to a ENT specialist. i dont have the appointment until a few days so in the mean time I am curious to know what others think might be causing this.

I have had fibro since i was 10. I have almost all the symptoms that come with it. I am constantly in pain and try to describe this to my fiance, but he doesnt seem to get it. I dont know if he is in denial or what.
I try to keep a good outlook but there are some days when i regognize, that as i just keep getting worse and worse, that i may end up not being able to work or lead a full life.
He frowns upon me taking any kind of prescribed pain killers, but at this point thats all that works. Does anyone have any natural things that have worked when they are in sever pain?
And how do you get an uncooperative partner to understand what kind of pain you are in. I have tried several times, using times he has been in pain to make him understand, he just wont. I love him so much, Please Help.
