if you are on meds then you need to walk..walking gets the joints moving again and helps your outlook on life
If you aren't on meds go to doctor asap**

Yes there is! One of your greatest defenses against arthritis is to keep yourself strong. If the muscles around the joints are strong they absorb pressure that would otherwise be put on the joint. A joint supplement will help as well - one containing glucosamine and chrondritin. Depending on your age and current level of activity you can consider yoga, swimming, walking, weight training...... And keep moving - the more you sit and do nothing the worse it will get. Joints are meant to move. Even a brisk walk daily will help.

There is no medicine for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic. Pain killers cause side effects like failure of liver/stomach/kidneys etc.
Our latest research has enabled us to treat RA with 90% success rate. If possible pl visit us, otherwise try acupuncture. If it helps then only continue otherwise stop it immediately and try to reach us.

I have had some success with magnets by Nikken. I also avoid getting cold and try to keep moving
