i have arthritis in both of my feet makeing it very hard to walk i am in a lot of pain. what can i do or take to stop the pain.

I am only 22 yrs. old and have pretty bad bunions. The podiatrist recommended me to get surgery. I have heard horror stories about this experience and am very scared, even though I really need to get it done. Please inform me of what the weeks following this surgery are like.

last night before i went to bed and when i woke up this morning i had the worst sore throat ever!! it hurts soooo bad its bugging me and its almost unbearable!! i know i can get medicine but is there any way i can make it go away with out using medicine is there another cure i can use beside using medicine???

When you feel a few bad or in hurt, you go to a doctor immediately or you wait some time to be sure you need to go or maybe you'll be better?

My friend consumed it because her father shouted at her , she consumed it last night and she said that she vomitted everything but still she says that she has that taste in her mouth . pls i want accurate answers what will be the effect in her health. I stepped on my sons shoe and twisted my foot yesterday. It instantly swelled up, and the pain is almost unbearable. The pain is on the side of my foot by my little toe. The pain seems to be getting worse and is constant. The pain also shoots up almost my whole leg. It even hurts as bad when I am not bearing any weight on it. I can not even let it lay on my bed or pillow or anything, that seems to make it even worse. I don't want to go in to see a doctor and find out it is just a sprain and waste my time or the doctors. Not to mention looking like a big baby. Any suggestions?

I suffered from tendinitis of the wrist (the tendon that connects the thumb to the wrist) about a year ago, and also about 9 years ago. Both times after many months of on and off pain the doctor fixed it via a cortisone shot. I used to be a heavy badminton player but quit the game due to strain on my wrist. I am also a squash player and continue to play the game. However, anytime I play more than 1-2 times/week my wrist starts to hurt, forcing me to back off. Seems the tendon in the right wrist is chronically weak. Is there anything that can be done to 'strengthen' it? Will it get worse as I get older - I would hate to have to stop playing squash. Any advice is appreciated.

i was playing basketball yesterday and i tried doing a head fake or something like that and a pain shoot up my neck. So i stopped playing basketball. I took a shower that night and though that it would be better the next day. But nothing happened it still hurts. What happened i didn't sleep on it wrong. I can not stand when Mr. even touched my arm last night. My arm felt like fire when he touched it. I am like this for weeks!
My head hurts when ever I touch it lately (couple months now), brushing my hair has been very painful. I have been blaming it on my migraines.
I have health problems but this is getting old. There must be others who hurt when touched? What do you do to stop this? My doctor does not return phone calls (or his nurse), I know I need another doctor....
Have any useful advice for me?

I have been having constant chest pain sinc Friday. It feels like there is a fist pressing on my breast bone, makng it hard to get enough breath some times.

My grandmother and my bf say it is gas. My friend says it is probably anxiety.

I am told that putting a bar of Dove soap in bed at your feet will help this problem . So i tried it for a week and really did not find any difference . Has anyone out there ever heard of this or tried it .
