I'm not exactly sure what you're talking about, and none of us can really assist you if we don't know what's hurting you.
However, if it's something that you think could be "bad", you may want to go to a doctor and see that everything is alright.
Also, you may want to try taking some type of pain reliever, such as Tylenol or Asprin.
