Sore feet and hands?
my hubby complains about his feet and hands always being sore and feeling like they are swollen. He works in construction so hes on his feet all day except breaks. Any ideas on how to relive this

sounds like he is overworked!! He may have arthritis, that can cause swelling. Motrin relieves inflamation. A doctor can diagnose this. Hand and Foot massage is helpful. Or epsum salt soak for half hour.

It sounds like your husband feet and hands might be inf lammed, due to his job you need a doctor to confirm it but try to give him some voltaren rapid that usually helps cause its a anti inflammatory drug you can get it over the counter from your pharmacy but be care full if your husband has any stomach ulcer or problems see your doctor before taking voltaren rapid

Have him soak his hands/feet in warm water with Epson Salts.....see if that helps.
