i am having pains in my left arm - by my pinky - it is an aching pain - which shoots up and down along that same side of where my pinky is -
can someone help me figure out why i am having this pain -
i dont have time to go to the docor thank you....

I have never needed to go to a chiropractor before, and have always heard that I shouldn't anyways because they do more harm than good. Can someone tell me about what, exactly they do and if I was given sound advice?
I have symptoms of pinched nerves, and want to do a bit of research before I decide to go.

OMG i just made a level 5 cheer team and just had my doubble! and now i have a mental block and cant do a full!!! This is soooo weird i have always been able to do this and have never gotten a mental block! I even have trouble doing standing backs and layouts now!!! How can i make this go a way its like my body wont let me do it but i really really want to do it and dont care if i fall on my face!!! Please help what should i do!!!

My husband has severely cracked heels they are to the point that they bleed sometimes and he can hardly walk. We have tried vaseline, store brand cracked heal relief cream and just about every other expensive creams and he is still in pain. Is there any home remedies that will work?? Thanks in advance.

heya all :) yous have probs heard this question over and over again but anyways im 14 and for the past 4 months been suffering from lower back pain it can get really bad which a paracetamol settles it down it also makes it a bit hard to bend down and lift things up anyways my question is if i was to go to the doctors what would he most likely give me or tell me to do or would i just be wasting his time all answers will be gratefull thankyou all xx

IT's really wierd. It's the outside of my neck and it hurts abit when I swallow but it hurts a lot on the front of my neck. It's feels a bit stiff and when i'm talking or chewing it hurts worse. it's been going on for a day or two now.

as to how to ease foot pain associated with standing all day? My job requires me to stand for at least seven hours a day. I have tried the best, most expensive shoes, and yet my feet are in excruciating pain at the end of the day. Any suggestions (and I don't want a different job)?

A few days ago, I woke up with a terrible crick in my neck & it feels like I have a pulled muscle in my neck down to the back of my shoulder. I have tried heat pads, massage, Vicoprofen (a combination drug of Vicodin & Ibuprofen), & Norflex (muscle relaxer). Nothing I have done has helped. If you know of something I haven't tried, please help! Thanks.

I have them about twice a year. I get this shimmery spot in my vision. It gets bigger after a few minutes until it finally disappears and then I get a bad headache. I am not sure if I should see a doctor about this or which doctor for that matter. A general practitioner or my eye doctor? Is there anything that can be used to prevent the migraines from coming back? I would appreciate any feedback form those who suffer from these and who have seen a doctor. Thanks!

My rotator cuff hurts?
Ouch my rotator cuff?

i hurt my rotator cuff the doc said. He was amazed that he did not even need to undress me to tell this. on the back side of my shoulder there is a bump and a bruise followin my shoulder. any ideas wat wrong? he was hopin it would settle over the weekend but i am still in a fair bit of pain with it and since i seen the doc my hand got swollen.

the headach goes away in about 20 minutes, but when it happens it hurts SO bad! feels like my head is going to explode. I've never had a migraine. This has never happened before, I have a newish boyfriend...could it just be stress? My blood pressure following is fine (i checked)...ideas??

I get severe cramp, in my legs, every morning before I get up. They usually make me Get up because I cannot relieve them lying down. I used to take Quinine tablets all the time until my Daughter, who is a dispenser in a chemist, told me it was dangerous to take them long term. Anyone have any natural methods of dealing with this?

im 23 and when i was 19 i was diagnosed with a femoral neck stress fracture, when i was in the military. for the past two weeks my leg has had deep pains that radiate from my hip to my foot. a ct scan ruled out sciatica. and im waiting on results from an mri. just heard that stress fractures and avn are related

i have been having terrible pains in the front left side of my neck. i use to get charley horses at nighttime in my legs very often and it feels exactly like that only in my neck. it is VERY painful. I can not move my head at all for about 5 minutes and neither can i swallow or i get intense pain! i asked the doctor about it a while ago and she didnt know what it was and shrugged it off but im getting them again and they hurt. what is it? how do you prevent them? any help, thanks.
