try gel inserts that you can get at any store. you can also buy a mat that you can stand on that can help pad the floor so you are not putting so much pressure on your feet. A lot of pharmacys use these mats. When you get home soak your feet in some warm water and epson salt it can help. Take some Advil or Aleve to ease the inflamation.

Try using magnesium oil on your feet at night, and massage those pups! An epsom salt foot bath is good too, as the poster above mentioned. Take special care to stretch the muscles in the feet and pull on your toes to release tension. Elevate your feet whenever you get a chance.
Also - if you need to build up the muscles in your feet, try doing any kind of balancing exercise in bare feet, like yoga or t-tapp.
You can also bring a different pair of shoes to work, and switch off at lunch, for a little bit of a change.
Lastly, there are new insoles out that make high heels more comfortable, if that's what you have to stand in - Insolia I think is the name. It shifts the weight balance for you to make heels more comfortable.

Try a foot orthotic. You can also buy arch supports over-the-counter at some shoe stores or see a podiatrist (foot doctor)and have an examination of your foot. He can build you a custom foot orthotic. Also, the pain you are experiencing may be from something more than just standing on your feet so a Podiatrist may be an option. Good luck and take care of those feet.

My wife works as an air hostess and she gets terrible sore legs too. She wears support socks - the type you wear on a flight or after an operation - and she also wears magnetic insoles in her shoes from www.nikken.com (they are sometimes on ebay) and she swears no more sore legs these days.
The socks are not the sexiest things to wear but hey, no one see's them under trousers!

First is massage every day.
Second is YOG.
Third is heating pads after you come home.
Put both legs in a bucket of warm water before you sleep.
Try some light leg exercises in sleeping posture.
