Addtionals:
3)When I get up in the morning my neck and shoulder feel a little numb. I
feel better after doing some exercises or cooking.

4) When I am washing my hair, my long hair was dropped before my face and
I feel a little heavy on my neck.

Two years ago I did one time medical abortion and I did not take a good
rest and I lost much blood in more than 10 days. My work is around computer everyday, so gradually I feel neck and
shoulder very uncomfortable. I feel better after doing some exercises.

I did massage for 2 to 3 times, but it's no use.

Have you ever suffered the same pain before? How did you recover and would you share your experience to me? Is swimming good to cure the pain?

Thanks a lot.

You should have a exam and proper diagnosis of what is the cause of your pain. There can be numerous conditions that can cause neck and shoulder pain. there is simple stress, poor posture disc and vertebrae conditions. If you don't know the causes of your pain, you can do more damage by exercising or manipulation. I know it's a standard answer, but I was diagnosed with Cervical Disc Disease in #1 through #5, My disc's are touching my spinal cord after I started physical rehab and that was making the condition worse. See a Doctor and find the cause first, then you will be able to do what ever you must do for the pain.
