stomach ache?

i have really bad stomach ache the pain is on the right side of the stomach i have been to the doctors they said it was proiblaly becoz of constipation i haven't been taking the medicine properly and the right lower side of my belly still hurts help

i have been having it for abou 4-5 dayz

since when you are having this ache?have seen the surgery specialist,if they say is constipation then take lots of fruit and vegetables and take a glass of warm milk before going to bed.

There is no medicine for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic. Pain killers will cause side effects like liver/stomach/kidney failure etc.
Acidity, loss of appetite cause constipation which generates gases resulting in pain.
There is no medicine/no need of meds to treat constipation.
Treat constipation with the help of milk, green vegis and salads suitable to you.
Pl avoid spicy, stale, bakery foods, cold drinks and alcohole.

You need to take the medicine the doctor prescribed correctly.

Purchase a powdered fiber supplement, such as Metamucil, and take this three times a day with a large glass of water. Start eating prunes, raisins, watermelon and drink at least ten large glasses of water a day.

If I will have panadol Ill decide upon headache. But if there is not any panadol I decide on the soreness of belly than headache. Headaches make me throw up >_<" and frequently the panadol does not paintings and I can not sleep and many others while I can nonetheless position with belly soreness.
