I can not stand when Mr. even touched my arm last night. My arm felt like fire when he touched it. I am like this for weeks!
My head hurts when ever I touch it lately (couple months now), brushing my hair has been very painful. I have been blaming it on my migraines.
I have health problems but this is getting old. There must be others who hurt when touched? What do you do to stop this? My doctor does not return phone calls (or his nurse), I know I need another doctor....
Have any useful advice for me?

Yes I take victims on a daily bases. Not to many but what it says to take. Three different ones. A multi, fish oil, and C.
Thank you!

BTW I am diagnosed with several painful medical problems. I try hard to stay away from pharmaceutical medications ~ one side effect of these for me are seizures.
I try to go natural and watch what I eat and keep exercise to a minimum since to much leaves me bed ridden for a couple days.
Sleep in very important!

I agree that you need another doctor! Any doctor who doesn't return your calls would not get any more of my money! Find a doctor who takes fibromyalgia seriously because it is real and it is very difficult to treat. Find one who will at least do his best to find relief for you.

When i was taking steriods for my allergic reaction, getting off of them took me about a week and a half to get back to normal and during the process my body felt as if it was weak and the touch of anything hurt badly. Also my head hurt the entire time, and asprins did not work to get rid of them. do you feel nausious or have you taken any steriods or medicine of that kind? Maybe you are taking too many vitamins or not enough, also you might just be having an allergic reaction to something you are eating. Review the things you have done differently in the last couple of months to now, and see if that's the problem.

Pain to even light touch is one of the common symptoms of fibromyalgia. Poor sleep, chronic fatigue, etc. are also common symptoms. It is difficult to diagnose, however, because there are no diffinitive tests for it. Many doctors are afraid of it because of this. It also responds very poorly to conventional medications. I treat it with nutritional supplementation. Check out Metagenics. It's a very high quality line of nutritional supplements. I would advise the following: EPA/DHA 2:1, Somnolin, and Myocalm.

It could be fibromyalgia. Look it up and try to see if sounds right to you. I've heard many doctors don't diagnosis it, or miss it, or think that patients are imagining the pain.
