this could be coming from the way you walk. Many times people walk clinching their toes. And that will cause you to have muscle spasms. You can soak your feet in hot water with 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts for relief. I recommend you see a Podiatrist as soon as possible and get a full evaluation of this problem.

You need more potassium. Rub your feet and toes down with a antibiotic cream. In the meantime make an appointment to consult your family Dr, there could be some nerve problems stemming from your leg, hip and/or even back causing this. Get a professional to diagnose you properly and hopefully they can resolve this painful problem.

Have bloodwork done and have them check all your minerals that they can test for. I have a peculiar kidney syndrome that causes my body to waste potassium and magnesium. If I do not take it as prescribed I will experience severe vomiting, dehydration and metabolic alkalosis. My body's "little signal" to me that I NEED to take my potassium NOW is when my toes start to cramp!!!

Drink a lot of fluids, stretch, and get more potassium (bananas) in your diet. If it doesn't feel better after 5 days, go see a doctor.

sometimes when you cramp you are lacking something
like calcium, or salt ,my doctor told me to drink those
Gatorade drinks to substitute what I was missing.
then it could be what the other person said, shoes, insoles.
well good luck with that...=-]

It is probably due to lack of mineral salts in your body. Try to drink isotonic drinks. It will definitely help!

you need to eat more meat/protien. because bone failure can be caused by "too little protien" which is contained in meat.
