For a while now, i have been feeling pain in my back when i lay down to go to bed, i usually reposition to the side, but recently i discovered if i maintain the position the pain subsides completely.
Also more recently abdominal pains have accompanied , they maybe be different symptoms though.

These abdominal pains may be the cause of constipation, i hadn't gone for a week, so i took laxatives for a few days and it worked. Though after i discontinued, i haven't gone since, it has only been about 40 hours though.

Constipation can cause lower back pain. You're going to have to take every day a powdered fiber supplement, such as Metamucil, three times daily with the large glass of water. It's going to take time to get your intestines balanced. Also you must take a acidophils capsule first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and last thing at night. This is going to put the proper bacteria into your intestines to get them to function once again.

Do not eat white bread, white rice, or cheese.

eat prunes, raisins, watermelon, and any other fruit, fresh vegetables, brown rice and oatmeal.

I recommend you drink purified water mixed with mineral water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously.

I suggest that adults and children drink 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight every day. Realize that exercise, ambient temperature, and state of health affect the water needs of your body.

Do you sleep with your vertebrae curved? If you do,you will be feeling pain on your back. This pain is also caused by bad posture, especially, when you sleep. Your abdominal pain maybe caused by gastritis( too much accumulation of acid in the stomach),so when you lay down on your stomach specially after eating, you'll feel pain in your stomach. After you eat, you're not supposed to be laying down on your stomach because the acids back up instead of going down to your digestive system and cause pain. It's true, constipation will also cause abdominal pain because if you don't defecate regularly, like once a day,the feces get stuck and wont come out. You have to eat a lot of vegetables, drink enough water and exercise regularly. For your abdominal pain and back pain, you should also see a doctor.Back pain could also mean a slipped disc. So go ahead and make an appoinment with your doctor. You don't want to guess what's happening and with all this pains that you're experiencing, you need an immediate attention.
