i've been a heavy smoker for at least four years and just found out i was pregnant a week ago. i quit cold turkey right away but have been getting uncomfortable heart palpitations for the past few days. could this be because of the smoking?

I never get enough sleep...I always have way to much stuff to do, so I usually sleep 7-8 hours a night. By the end of the week I'm exhausted, and sleep in all weekend to try to get back some energy. Look, spare me the lecture of how this is unhelathy, I know it is! Right now, I need some ideas of how to stay alert throughout the day when I'm in school. Any ideas?

I'm trying to figure out if it is a volume or concentration or something else. What is the difference between two bottles of vitamin e oil, one of which is 5000 IU, and the other of which is 32,000 IU? Does this mean the concentration of vitamin e is more in one or something else? I'm confused...

My baby son is 6 months old. Yet my partner really wants to give him Cadburys chocolate buttons, against my wishes may i add.
Now i am disgusted by this, and feel that he doesn't need to find out about sweets and chocolate for a good while yet, months even years infact.
Am i being a prude, or is my partner just lacking in the brainal region.

Some people have said that they have heard that it makes you really weak then again I've heard that it's no big deal. Just trying to get as many views on it as I can! I have a part time job that I go to in the evenings- just hoping that it won't interrupt that!

flithy, expensive idiotic habit. I know better and have tried everything, recently welbutin (sp?) which I had a horrible reaction to........patches, pills hypnosis, you name it,,,,,,,is there anything you did or have done that helped you.....I really need help......this is 2 packs a day and I am really hating myself for not being able to quit this.......thanks......any suggestions would be greatly aprreciated.

She is feeling sick and light headed! Mam will go nuts if she doesnt get up and about soon. My sis has cleaning to do- mam picked her up last night and she was sick out the window so its all over the outside and then moved on to being sick all on the inside too!! Eeewwww!!!!

Today I had an appointment to see the Eye Dr. I showed up 15 minutes early to do the paper work and everything... 45 minutes later, I'M STILL SITTING THERE WAITING!

My question is this, Ive decided to change my Dr., Ive just come to the decision that he isnt thorough enough to deal w my complicated health issues.
