Hello,

I have a few questions about Vitamin D.

In 'normal' words(non-geeky) what does Vitamin D does to my body?
... I Heard sunlight gives you Vitamin D.. so, is there any way to get a very good amount of Vitamin D without having to tan, like not even a little of tan..

I really hate tanning!

I have recently noticed darker then normal stool and am alittle worried. I just started Floxotine gen for prozac 3 weeks ago, and have only had this problem the last week or so. The only thing I can think of is that I have had oreos late at night. Thats the only thing I eat that would be diff than last 2 months. any info would help.

Sometimes when led down I have had a whole body twitching experience. Well my neck, back and legs when led down. Since then it has happened maybe 10 times over 2 years. I have to physically get up and stretch to make it stop. One time it carried on so I had to move my neck around a lot to stop it. Anyone know what would cause my whole body to convulse slightly. I have never been to the doctor about it because It always stopped quickly but just wondered. Could it be something to do with my spine?Should I have gone to doctors?

When i look at something i know what it is, it does show detail, but not as great as i could used to see things.
i'm always tired
always peeing, not drinking that often.
ALWAYS HUNGRY
im 5ft 4 or 5 and 140 pounds.

a dr in chicago at Northwestern Memorial Hosp. told me I had "stiffening of the heart" in a letter in BLACK AND WHITE. Now after 2 seperate echocardiogram and stress tests by a cardiologist at the same hospital it has been proven my heart is 100 % normal but the hospital has absolutely no empathy or compassion towards me and the fear I had for several days that I was very ill before the cardiologist told me I was ok. The hospital says I misinterpreted the DR's misdiagnosis I have it in a LETTER the DOCTOR MISINTERPRETED THE TESTS and scared the hell out of me for a weekend and 3 days.

I'm think of buying centrum performance, as I am just so..tired all the time. Does it make a difference for anyone? Any other advice to increase energy? I'm sick of caffeine, makes me so jumpy and jittery, no matter how little I consume. Thoughts?

Are you glad you did it? What was the recovery like? How long to you really noticed feeling better?

(I had the operation on Monday, Feb. 16th. I realize it's only been about 4 days, but I still hurt like crazy, especially when I swollow ANYTHING.)

Well I don't think I have a COLD. I think I have a virus or something because my mucous is green/yellow ish. (sorry to be gross). Actually, I KNOW viruses go away on there own(i've taken biology) but i was wondering wheter I'm supposed to go to the doctor. I feel like I'm getting a little better, though my nostrils are chapped and i think I've blown my brains out my nose(my right nostril feels so empty it's strange). I've had this cold for about a week now.

If I'm just going in for a more in depth checkup that involves having my blood tested for diabetes and my cholesterol, what things would be itemized in my bill? I'm not going in because I don't have insurance, I'm just curious as to what would be billed because I really should go in and get these tests.

So its beginning to happen more and more often, heres what happens. I will be doing something, anything, takin groceries out of my trunk, even just sitting on the comp chatting and a feeling comes over me, i begin to get a little dizzy, my temperature begins to go up, I feel warm and tingly, and then whatever im doing begins to fade away from my site and go into the background of some sort of deja vu feeling, like Ive been here, Ive done this. It literally almost paralyzes me when it happens and I dont know if its a seizure or what. Its so hard to explain but it started happening much more frequently and Im beginning to get worried, its embarassing when it happens at work and heaven forbid it happen on a date or something and its hard to talk about because I dont want people to think Im crazy... does anyone know anything about whats going on?
