What is Head On applied to/for?

If I smeared Head On directly to my other head, would it reduce the throbbing the way it does on your forehead for a headache?

u must be bored! You'd have to be crazy to put chemicals on "your other head"! If you want 3rd degree burns apply directly...
Use your hand or a woman if you want to reduce the throbbing!
