I took an ambien 10mg about 11pm est with 1 xanax and then I woke up around 12:30 so I took another 1 and half .5 xanax and I still cant sleep so my question is can I take another Ambein now that it is 3 am for me and I am wide awake? Just to make this clear all of these drugs are prescribed to me, I have chronic insominia for years and until now 1 10mg ambien and a .5 xanax would put me to sleep for the night. Now I am lucky to get an hour or two. Please no one suggest benadryl it will make me sleep a few hours too but it makes me feel so groggy I can't stand it.

Since school is coming up, I'm going to have to wake up around 6 A.M. This is going to be kind of a problem because for the summer I usually slept around 4:00-5:00AM (pretty late!) until 2:00-3:00PM. It's a really bad habit.

It's not so much of a certain atmosphere (such as my room) that tends to keep me awake, because wherever else I would attempt to sleep, I'd still fall asleep very late.

I usually open my eyes and stare at the ceiling or something because I wouldn't be able to go to sleep (until 5AM). I also would turn and twist around.

Any advice on how to adjust to sleeping early (10PM and wake up around 6AM) without having to buy sleeping pills or drinks?

I recently started school again a week ago and drastically changed my sleep schedule. During the summer, I'd fall asleep often at 2 or 3 AM, and wake up at around 11.

Now the latest I stay up is around 1:30, waking up at 6:30-7.

Since nothing else is going on/changing with my body other than the fatigue, I think it's probably the change in sleep schedule, though I'm somewhat hypochondriac (not to mention that diabetes runs in my family, though I don't have any other symptoms (which are dry mouth, tingling feet, frequent urination, etc.)

I also usually get used to it/it's not so hellish during the evenings, and I felt WONDERFUL before I started school.

Is my worrying unjustified?

So, I went to the health dept today for a tetanus shot and they took my blood pressure. It was 103/70. The nurse asked me what mine was before and it was 107/something and said that my pulse was even lower the last time. She said it was kinda low and that 120/80 is generally the normal range for my age. I'm 20, female, 5'8, 164lbs.

High blood pressure runs in my family. I haven't been eating too healthily lately. I figured that my blood pressure should be high, if anything, from fast food. Also, I was stressed out at work today... I've noticed lately that my energy level has decreased some. I work(factory job), go home, and don't really do anything else. from being tired. I can sleep for 10 hours at a time. I noticed at the store today, I bent down to look on the shelf for something, for a few minutes, and when I went to stand back up, I felt a little bit lightheaded. The nurse told me that if I had problems with it, maybe I should go to my regular doctor. ...any suggestions?

Headaches, Feeling sick, Waking up in the moring really aching mucsles, getting angry, neckpain, mucsles in my legs keep moving by themselves, my visions got worse.
It sounds so bad. I went to the eyedoctor about my vision and he looked in the back of my eyes and did some tests and my right eye is worse than my left and he did some tests to check my brain and he said he couldnt fing anything in the back of the eye. My doctors think its tension and panic attacks and may be due to sinus problems. Im 14.

Would it be clean to wash your daughter's underwares(beside bras) in a machine that washes clothes of men and other family members?
Wouldn't it be better to handwash them for health?

For the last 4 years I have gotten a headache everyday. I have been to the doctors and have tried medication, but doesn't work. My blood pressure and diet is normal, and I hardly ever drink coffee. I'm not stressed, upset, depressed etc. Whenever I take panadol or something it usually just comes back and I get it before I even get out of bed. It's not a tumour or anything like that, i've had catscans and bloodtests and all. I'm totally over it. I've also tried glasses but that didnt help. If you've had anything similar please tell me. And if u no why this is happening to me plz help!!! Doctors cant figure it out.

What the heck is that about? I mean if your labia are causing discomfort or something, I understand, but do women really do this just for cosmetic reasons?

I ran across before and after pictures, and a lot of the afters looked worse than the befores.
Besides, I thought a lot of guys liked fuller lips?
I'm confused.

Yeah, that’s it...I'm twitching. My eye really... so I'm here asking what may be causing it, and what should probably do about it, cause I’m figuring it’s not a very good thing.

I find that I'm exhausted throughout the entire day. I got my iron tested, and the results came back normal. I have a few pretty stressful situations going on (2 yr old, work, and full-time student... among other things) I really need to be able to stay on my toes all day. Caffeine is out of the question.
Also, I get about 6-8 hours of sleep, so sleeping isn't the answer.
Any ideas?

Do any of you out there in Yahoo-land have bad side effects from taking BP medication? I am talking about extreme muscle weakeness in arms and legs, and extreme tiredness? Have you had any help in changing to somerhing else that had less bothersome side effects? Is it true that an older person cannot tolerate these drugs as well as a younger person?? Thanx!

I am in India and I have been initiated to sitting meditation. For this a cushion is needed . There is this special cushion in round form. called Zafu. It would be possible for me to pay Cost plus shipping charges by way of bankers cheque in $$$ valid ANY WHERE.. I do not find sales of Zafu or Zabutone in India. and I need one Zafu filled with buckwheat hull , as this stays hard and does not depress over the time.. I use the cotton filled cushion which is depressed withing 8-10 weeks time.. and need replacement in order to maintain the height..
