Would it be clean to wash your daughter's underwares(beside bras) in a machine that washes clothes of men and other family members?
Wouldn't it be better to handwash them for health?

No because the son of this family gets shower only once per week as he has a kind of depression and his hair also have some problems.

Some answers are exactly opposed to the question's aim, cause I think that her brother's clothes are so dirty as he doesn't take shower regularly as of his depression.

Do you wash YOUR underwear in the washing machine with all the other clothes? If you are that concerned about it just do a load of only your daughters clothes separately. I am currently doing laundry for 9 people. 3 of them are women. I just wash everything together and wash all the unders (bras, underwear, and socks) on hot. I only separate colors from whites otherwise everything gets washed the same way. Hot water and soap have been killing germs forever. What is it that you think will happen if you wash her underwear with the "men's" clothes? Who's health are you worried about? They do now make Tide for cold water if you don't want to use hot. It is supposed to kill germs.

Washing her panties with clothing worn by other family members and "gasp" clothing worn by men, won't give her cooties or get her pregnant. She's around those germs in her living situation anyway. Just wash them and make sure they are good and dry before she puts them back on to minimize risk of fungus infestation. The soap or detergent and the drying process should remove any harmful germs. If they're white, put some bleach in the wash water. That should make them as sanitary as need be.

As long as they are washed with hot water and soap I dont see a problem. Washing them by hand will not kill all the germs.

You must be from India.

I hate to tell you this but women are just as capable as men and deserve equal treatment.
