I find that I'm exhausted throughout the entire day. I got my iron tested, and the results came back normal. I have a few pretty stressful situations going on (2 yr old, work, and full-time student... among other things) I really need to be able to stay on my toes all day. Caffeine is out of the question.
Also, I get about 6-8 hours of sleep, so sleeping isn't the answer.
Any ideas?

Aaah, life with kids. You really notice fatigue when you have kids, because you have to be the best mom you can be, and you have to do the tedious house-work, on top of everything else! You aren't alone. When I get so tired I could vomit...I'm sure you know that feeling...I drink a ton of water. Maintain a healthy diet, with tons of dark greens, multi-vitamins, and minimal refined flour (so cut back on white pasta, and breads). Listen to lots of music you love, try to laugh a lot, and, have faith that it is going to get better.

Buy a Multi Vitamin and take it with food every morning. Drink as much water as you can per day to flush out your body and take some time just for you each week. I would ask for copies of my blood tests and look at the iron level yourself. Many times iron levels will be bordline anemic and the doctor doesn't tell you that. Borderline will make you feel almost as tired as low blood.
Drink Vitamin Water or Propel for a B vitamin boost.

well since you put caffeine out of the equation (i was gona suggest red bull), then you can take fruits that energize you. Im assuming that you get minimum 6 hours of sleep so you can still take time out to eat a bananna
that has the highest number of energy than any fruit.
Also take a shower in the morning to freshen and liven things up
And during the day dont forget to nurish yourself with healthy snacks so as to keep your attention span and energy boosted until you reach home..

Yes at least three meals a day And a good GNC mutlivitamen in the morning prefereably after breakfast. Down it with some water. And just stay alittle active here and there. Walk and stuff. Ok that aught to do it.

you may be sleeping six to eight hours, but I wonder about the quality of your sleep. Do you snore? Have you ever had a sleep study? Many people go all their lives not knowing they may have sleep apnea, but one the cardinal symptoms of it is chronic fatigue.
