well if you want to try a natural way to do it you can try lying down and breath and try to relax for abt 40 mins you can add some chamomile or orange blossom tea or both together. That will make you sleepy n ull rest

If you want something that acts quick you can try medications like propranolol but you need a medical prescription because your doc should tell you the exact dosis for you
