Yeah, that’s it...I'm twitching. My eye really... so I'm here asking what may be causing it, and what should probably do about it, cause I’m figuring it’s not a very good thing.

Twitching and spasms are often caused by a magnesium deficiency.

I would love to know the anwer to that question myself. My eyes, eyebrows, lips, cheeks, legs, lots of things on my body start to twitch at random times. Sometimes its kinda funny and looks weird. Hope u find out soon.

eye twitching is normal... this happens because the eye has been exposed to too much light.. and has cause the muscle to have a spasm just relax the eye

It's fine. Mine does it all the time. If it lasts for more than a week of gets worse I would say just ask a DR about it. It could be nerve damage, but prob. just anxiety.

I've heard that your eyelids twitch when you're tired.

your eyelid? it's very common. it happens to alot of people. not to worry.
