I dont know what else to call it, but I have had a wicked sinus infection and the skin around my nose and mouth are so very raw from the sneezing and coughing. I have tried vasoline and neosporin but both smell or taste odd. Thanks for your help.

If I'm going out, I usually put some moisturizer to help it heal. If I'm staying home and nobody's watching, I put lip balm all over it. :)

My hubby swears by salt water on a rag to heal it in a speedy manner.
Just hold the rag soaked in hot salt water in the affected area for a few minutes until the raw spot heals.

lip balms work best for me.... the lanolin type rather than the waxy type.... Blistex in the tube not the stick, basically....

horrible AS IT SOUNDS...IF YOU USE Vick's VAPORUB ONCE 9AND LIVE THRU THE INITIAL BURN) WITHIN HOURS IT IS BETTER.
