When I lie down in my bed I immediately get in my best sleep position. I then start thinking about wonderful experiences I have had. I love wildlife and my things to think about are vacations and trips. One of my best things is a trip to Yellowstone where I saw Golden Eagles, elk, moose, Bald Eagles amd many other wonderful things. I picture this wildlife in my mind and it is just like I am there again. In other words, think of what you love most and start to dream of it before you go to sleep. It works every time for me.

not wat i call "calming thoughts" but i like thinkin about cartoons b4 i go beddy-bye!! this works 4 me cuz i'm an aspiring teen cartoon artist!!
