usually a REM cycle takes about 1.5 hours. Some people have cycles that last longer or are shorter if you're more tired I believe. so a good time to wake would probably be about 6 to 6:30
you shoud probably try to sleep by 11 or midnight in order to get about 4-5 REM stages in.

You should really be getting at least 8 hours of sleep a each night. If you don't have a choice, try and sleep for as long as you can then have a nap during the day. It isn't the best thing for your body, but it is an option.
A good time to wake up would be 9:30am onwards. Remember to allow for the amount of time it takes you to fall asleep and if you get up during the night.

We as humans need about 8 hours a sleep per night, so a GOOD time to wake up would be 9:30am. : )
If you have to be up before 7:20am, then obviously you're not going to get 8 hours so I would say to sleep as long as you possibly can allowing just enough time to wake up and get ready!

You need eight hours of sleep. So the best time to wake up is 8:30 am. You can wake up at 7:30 am but I would snooze for another hour before I get up.
