Last night, whenever I would turn over, I would get dizzy. I would open my eyes and they'd be going really fast back and forth. My mom said I'm fine, but everyone I've talked to said that I should go get it checked out. Any ideas on what it could be?

For the last couple months I am finding it very difficult to get out of bed in the morning. The fatigue is unbelievable. I am not uncommonly tired the rest of the day - I just can't get out of bed in the morning. I am thinking if it were CFS I would be tired all the time.
I am 42 years old. Exercise 3-4 times a week and eat right.

I've been having trouble sleeping, and I have some Temazepam (for insomnia) from 2004. I heard some medicines can expire over time, but is that true for all medicines?
My doctor won't prescribe anything for me until he sees me next week.

ok, seeing a doctor is out of the question, my husband doesn't have coverage, so keep your comments to yourself. thanks. I need to know how to make my husbands ear feel better. any homemade ideas? I've been told to use oil drops but I don't know what kind of oil to use. Can I use just normal canola oil, or should I just go out and buy a certain brand? He doesn't have a fever and he's been taking pain killers all day but doesn't seem to be working. any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

I am NOT one to self diagnose so thought i'd take the time to ask a question. The other night (and this has never happened before) i went to bed and i was fine, but while in dream i could hear the sound of wheezing. I woke up in a sudden fright with what felt like no air, and realised the wheezing was me. It was scary but i went back to sleep, only to wake up again with no air 10 minutes later. In the morning i was ok, but a little short of breath. I have MILD asthma, and have only ever had one attack in my life and only require a puffer once a yr maybe at most. It wasn't like asthma however, it wasnt that i couldnt get oxygen, its that i had to MAKE myself breathe, it wasnt happening naturally, like i had to keep taking deep breaths...it was causing me to panic and was very scary. Any ideas? Same experience?

I'm in very good shape with no health concerns that I'm aware would impact my ability to wake up in the morning.

I haven't had a smoke for 2 days. I just want to know if any of you found it easy or tough to quit? So far I'm good and not many cravings I hope it stays that way! How long will it take to notice the benefits of quitting? Thanks.

I use deodorant and shower every day. However, I still have daily underarm BO. It's really annoying. It's not unbearable, but I think it's gross. I have to change my shirt and re-apply deodorant every day when I get home from work. But even then I start to smell again within a few hours. Throught this whole process, I won't have sweated once. The odor isn't accompanied by sweat. What's the deal? How do I fix it? I'm desparate! Help!

I am having trouble. It is not coming off! I have never used this one before. Should I shower? There is all this white stuff on my under arm, and usually, it's never there. But I just tried it, and it feels like dry glue! I know this sounds stupid, but I am worried. Thanks so much! :)
Sincerely,
BMAC
