What if you do not have insurance? and can not pay?

I think it depends how far up they go. Like every thing in life...the further one travels the more it costs. If you seek economy you may only get a bum deal. If it is a one shot deal pay the price and have them go to the end of the road.

It depends on where you live and what size town or city you live in. It is the same as any other service pricing. In some areas where the cost of living is higher then the cost of everything will be higher.
