Take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 3-4 x day. Has 93 vitamins and minerals. That is why you cannot sleep; you need food. ACV supplies your dietary needs so you will sleep soundly.
Close eyes; look up, look down, look left, look right. Repeat other side. If you do this all the time, you will never have trouble sleeping again. Also, a glass of orange juice will help.

there are several things you can do: one of them is to make sure you stay in well-lit areas; it may seem crazy, but your body produces a hormone that makes you sleepy if you stay in the dark.
Also take some vitamins in the morning, expecially B vitamins, they help producing ATP... you don't want to know what it stands for but it lets you use energy faster
also you should eat a big breakfast and keep a snack with you so you keep your blood sugar up all day.. low blood sugar = low energy
and if you need a boost, then you can get a caffinated beverage, though i would recommend trying the others first, withdrawals will put you to sleep faster than anything

Try to lay in bed and think happy thoughts. Don't think about sleep though or you might end up fighting your self. Tomorrow, take a nap when you get home from school.
Avoid sugar, lots of meat, and dairy products tomorrow. Eat some hot soup or cereal for breakfast and a peanut butter or bagel and cream cheese sandwich for lunch.

First see a doc. for sleep problem, maby a sleep study. I have same problem, and find that if I;m not asleep within half hour best bet is get up. sometimes just a change of places works, like go from laying down to sitting up does the trick. if not read a book ,watch t.v. nothing busy. tomarrow your best bet is keep moveing, do things you like .gardening, cleaning,anything to keep going, but when you are tired dont fight it go to sleep whenever and wherever you are as long as its safe. good luck.goodnight

Hmm, well I suppose the obvious answer is caffeine, so if you drink cups of coffee that will keep you awake, also apples should work as well, also No-doze or whatever keep-you-awake drugs will work as well!
Also eating a big healthy breakfast and eating healthy snacks all day should help sustain your energy.
If you really crash, take a nap!

im 14 i cant always get to sleep and dont always sleep so i eat or drink WKD haha tht has alochole and high caffine so it keeps you going

eat a large and HEALTHY breakfeast, stay away from sugar, ull get a suger rush but then ull crash. lots of fruit!!
