Just had Microfracture knee surgery - any advice?

This is my 3rd knee surgery and hopefully my last. Anyone who has has this surgery before please feel free to reply with any tips to get through this serious knee surgery. Thanks!

Never had it but swim when you can and ride a stationary bike with the seat as high as you can ride it comfortably. The pain will be intense but grit your teeth and push on you will get better.

Lots of pain and lots of physical therapy. Sorry that is the way it is. Good drugs and once the scabs are gone do pool therapy.
