I sleep & sleep & sleep. is there any body to help me out. i tried alot for this. i used three mobiles and set alarms and a bell that sound terrible but no way to get up. yes i get up and switch all alarms of and then go to bed again to take a short rest but get asleep.

I have to agree with the first poster here...try going to bed at an earlier time than normal...this way your body is rested and if it is too rested, you'll ache, especially as you get older.
I used to have problems getting out of bed when the alarm goes off...so it works for me to go to be d earlier and also maybe set the alarm a little earlier than you have to really get up by. This way you'll be able to hit the snooze maybe once or twice before you're finally getting to the wake up stages of your sleep cycle. Hope this helps....good luck!

How bad do you want a life? Because this is just one of those things that as responsible adults we have to accomplish. We have to be at work on time or we get fired.....no work...no money....no life. Grow up. We all have to learn to do this. How sad is it when your life falls through because , "Well, I just never could get out of bed on time" Did your parents not kick your butt for this? Mine would.....and I would have kicked my kids butt for this.
