Honestly, if it's at all possible...if there's someplace you can sneak away to for a very brief nap, this should work best of all. Someplace you can lock yourself in, set an alarm, catch a few winks. If you're that sleepy, only a little sleep will help. And I have been amazed at how LITTLE sleep will help--even ten minutes might do very well for you. See if you can do it.

I recommend walking around for a minute and then making yourself some hot tea... tea gives you less of a crash than other caffeine drinks.
