ok, so I have downloaded a version of anthony robbins "hypnosis for weightloss" and burnt it to CD and have been playing it on repeat when I go to bed all night till the next day... has anyone actually had any experiences they would like to share using this technique?? I don't expect this to be a miracle cure, just something to help me with my lack of willpower when it comes to eating bad foods and exercising.... Is that how this type of therapy works? stops you chosing the bad foods, but the right one's and making you more motivated to work-out?? and how long of listening to the CD should it be till I notice myself responding (weeks, months) , I have been listening to it for 3 nights now and still craving high-fat & sugary foods during the day... I really don't know what to expect from listening to this CD and what results I may get from it??? plus I don't really know how this is meant to work.. the CD just sounds like a bubbly fishtank... Anyone who has ever tried this please help!

For night flight which takes almost 7-10 hours but trouble in taking sleep at all in the plane. I tried Actifed (flu medicine) but could not help. Ever tried seasickness medicine, but wake up with feeling of tonnes of rocks on your head. Terrible feeling worse than no sleep at all.

He had ADD as child and as adult. He had meningitis as child which caused learning disabilities. He now has uncontrolled diabetes and chronic pain from multiple fractures from prior traumas. He cannot lift heavy objects or tolerate the heat. He has COPD. He did not pay enough quarters in to Socuial Security and my income would count against him for SSI (but we are still struggling with children and living expenses).

I am a night owl. I generally get my 2nd wind around 9:30. Then, I'm up til midnight or so. I have tried going to bed earlier, but I just lay awake & toss and turn. I start work at 6am, so I don't often get a whole lot of sleep. I'm just curious if I'm alone in this. If I'm not--what do you do for it?

A week ago I couldn't put my contacts in because it felt like there was something in my eye when I did. Day by day it got worse. I went to the doctor on my campus and she didn't know what was wrong but she prescribed antibiotic eyedrops. The next day (before I started putting eyedrops in) there was a hard white bump inside my upper eyelid. It doesn't hurt and it not tender. Once in awhile it feels like there's something inside. Yesterday I looked at it again and now there's a red scratch on it. I looked all over the internet and couldn't find anything. It doesn't hurt but my contacts are my only current prescription and I can't see the board in my classes. Can anybody help?

I have to cut up my food very small and make sure that I chew it thoroughly before I swallow. Three times in the last year, I've swallowed the food too soon and it's blocked my airway. I've managed to keep calm and force it out myself. The last one scared me, because I couldn't catch any breath at all.
Now, I'm finding it difficult to swallow when I'm drinking out of a bottle (small water bottles). When I tip my head back, my throats virtually shut. As for taking pills .. forget it! They jam before they're even in swallow position!
Has anyone any idea what causes this?
