well heres the deal i feel about 95 percent better . but now my folks are coming down with it it seems should i be concerned about catching it again.?

Technically, if you've had it once and it's a viral infection you should be immune to that strain. If it 'comes back' you either weren't totally over it or it's another strain.

There is no one virus that causes a cold, so it is very possible that your body can just about fight off one cold and then be invaded by another virus, causing another cold.

The sickness you feel when you catch a cold-runny nose, sneezing, coughing, etc, is actually your body's immune system working to get the virus/bacteria out of your system.

Believe it or not,it's all about what you eat !
A lot of food help your immune system to be
Strong to resist any virus try to attack your
Body,So eat a lot of oranges and drink plenty
of homemade lemonade and pay attention to
the weather and you'll be fine.

Yes, you can. I had a really bad cold, got rid of it, thought, "Wow, that's great!" Then, came down with a worse one. It can happen!

That has happened to me I think I beat it then all of a sudden it comes back.
