I think I've been spending too much time on the computer, should I just stop using the computer forever? are there vitamins or something that I can take so my vision does not get worse?

Well, I've heard that watching too much TV or sitting to close to it, doesn't, as they once thought, affect your vision. Why should a computer be different? (I think this is more something parents tell their kids to get em out of in front of the TV or compu). There are some supplements for the eyes, and I think carrots help too.

When it comes to vision the best advice that
Anybody can give you is to see your doctor
First and see what he has to say because there's no eye doctor sitting here reading
YAHOOOOOOOOO answers.
Note :
Nobody knows why some people's vision is
Better than others ! TVs & computers have
something or little to do with it.
Do yo remember the Pope John Paul the second ?He was 80 & + years old and he did
not need any glases to read.
what about children who're five years
old and younger ?Just eat healthy food.
