Even when everyone else's are warm, mine are always cold and I have to have my thermostat on 73-74 always. I am wearing my mittens at work right now as I'm typing on the computer because I'm so cold.

It's not poor circulation, I exercise all the time and it doesn't matter if I sitting or walking around the hospital all day, my hands will still always be cold!

i have really poor circulation too. I found a good way to bolster it is to alternate between submerging hands and feet into water as hot as u can take it, and icy cold. the shock of going back and forth makes your circulation better, and after a few sessions you will notice a definite improvement. Twice a week is how ofteen i do it. How it helps :)

it's maybe cause of poor circulation or you are slightly anemic,or maybe you wash your hands even right after your hectic work like typing or shoes off.......let your hand and feet to rest before going to wash or bathe.try to use some herbal oil when it gets cold it can help to lessen the effects of cold.(you can use even a simple baby oil)
