I have my days where I seem to not sleep, I also loose the eating feeling. I try to keep fluids at least and drink V8 or tomato juice. The V8 will help with the weakness because of all the vegetables.

Alright good from critical sleep deprivation like what your making an attempt and incidentally i would not advise it however, your going to be by way of the tip of it enormously moody, worn out, your muscular tissues are going to be very exhausted, your no longer going to desire to transport, you could have urge for food loss, and you may also difference your inside clock on a extra everlasting foundation, additionally whilst you ultimately do sleep it's going to unload you instantly into REM sleep, so even once you sleep you wont suppose rested and refreshed.

Why are you not sleeping? Careful...students have hectic lives, school, study, work, stress of achieving. If you are not sleeping then you need to talk to your doctor. Don't let it get out of hand; not sleeping is your body telling you something. If you have a class today that you CAN miss; then miss it and get some sleep.

Well, I would skip class and sleep. Eating would help, and a big ol cappuccino.
