i have veins showing all over my hands. i do not carry weight or do
straineous exercises. i am not a man either. why is this? do i have vein disorder or what? pls, what can i do. it is embarrassing.

I've got loads of veins in my hands, and if you look carefully you'll see that all people have them! Mine are more pronounced when I'm hot. It's perfectly natural, so don't worry. If you're concerned, go and see your GP - that's what they're there for.

Its a natural phenomena, veins are close to the surface of the skin show through due to the opacity of the individuals skin.
In the case of veins being prominent under the skin, this can be caused because of the skins tightness or looseness, the size of the veins and the condition of them.
Unless you are experiencing pain, tingling, numbness, undue cold in your fingers there is very likely nothing wrong with your hands or veins.

When you get older your skin tends to thin and this causes the veins to show more than when you were say in your 20's. Also if you are not overweight they will show more. Hmm, let's see, when your hands hang down by your sides the vessels tend to seem larger too but there isn't anything that you can do about it, it's just he way things go.

This is very normal.As we age, our skin gets thinner and we are able to see our veins more prominently. Look at your mother or grandmother to see how this will happen to you. It's genetics. Tanning helps a little, but there's nothing you can really do. If you have spider veins or varicose veins, you can see a doctor about that.
I too have them. Lot many people have them. please don't worry.

dont worry i have veins popping out of the top of my hands its normal but being skinnier they show quite abit. we need veins to pump blood around our body there normal and we cant erese them.
it may be showing more because of what you eating loss of vitamins or something

Don't worry about it. Everybody have vains.
With men it's even sexy to see them on their hands. With women it's not exactly the same case but be proud of them anyhow. After all, vains are keeping you alive and they "deal" with all the blood in your body. Be thankful to them:)

but saggy vains ...
do you just see them throu the skin ?
tan it ... if it bothers you where silk gloves

it is due to less amount of subcutaneous fat under ur skin
it may be due to
1)exceess of androgen which may be in early puberty or adult age
2)old age
3) under nutrition
