So, although every other person on this page said it was a myth, I was told otherwise...I still don't think its a good thing, though. My brother does it ALOT, and he's only 21, and his knuckles are huge. I mean really really big, they look completely out of proportion to the rest of his hands, and my Dr. said that that him cracking his knuckles could be a cause of this. I say, don't do it! (Also because it really freaks me out and makes me want to cringe whenever I hear it.)

hello, its not a good thing that your knuckles crack ... i have arthristis and my bones click and crack and its really pain full but i have it as it runs in my family . i am also tall. but do u click then or do they just crack on there own. i would say its a myth but it is still bad for your bones and body is you knuckles crack.

it's actually a good thing to crack your knuckles...
same as it is when your DR cracks your back, neck, and knuckles in an adjustment.

yeh i heard it was air bubbles, do it because it looks cool, in fact have a smoke in your mouth at the same time.
