For night flight which takes almost 7-10 hours but trouble in taking sleep at all in the plane. I tried Actifed (flu medicine) but could not help. Ever tried seasickness medicine, but wake up with feeling of tonnes of rocks on your head. Terrible feeling worse than no sleep at all.

ask at any pharmacy what they can recommend....it's difficult to advise you on here, because you may a have medical condition and could be taking medication at the present time.

a pharmacist/doctor needs to know your health history first before advising you of what to take for induced sleep.
