It could be hormones since your body is going through changes. Either that or you may have an inner ear infection. I had an inner ear infection and I became dizzy for a few days. Doctors may also refer to it as vertigo. Tell your mom or dad and go to the doctor to make sure you are okay. Good luck hun and let me know if you have any other questions

It's hard to pinpoint dizziness unless you made a definite change that occurred Sunday and beyond. Have you taken some kind of prescription? Pills of any kind? If not, what about stress levels; something bothering you? You haven't cut down on your water intake, have you? If you think there is nothing radical in your lifestyle this past week, it's best to see a doctor ASAP. It could by your eyes; it could be the onset of diabetes. One never knows.

Sometimes I feel dizzy when I don't eat something for a couple hours. Have you eaten much lately? That might be the problem.

im 12 as well, and i get dizzy all the time. you could prbly just be sick or just having mental meltdowns with out realizing it

you must make sure to drink a lot of water and also go examine blood in the hospital because you might have low iron in your blood.

it could be many things, low iron, inner ear problem, not drinking or eating enough. you should talk to your parents about and have them get you a doctors appointment if it keeps up.
