This could be Restless leg syndrome or Periodic limb movement disorder. In either case you need to see a doctor and have a sleep study done to evaluate you while you are sleeping.

Sounds like you have RLS or Restless Leg Syndrome. My brother-in-law and several of his family members have it. You should see your doctor...they now have medication to treat RLS.

called restliss leg syndrome. see your doctor or call your hospital ask if they have a sleep lab. My wife accuses me of kicking her.. I have sleap apnea and it showed up when they did an overnight sleep study. if you live near Vancouver BC. Richmond hospital And UBC hospital both have Sleep labs,
