It seems like althrough the night I a moving my legs and trying to get comfortable. I mean I am constantly moving them. There is no cramping or sudden jerks in my legs. I just can't sleep through the night. I wake up at maybe 2 am then at 4:30 am then it's time for me to wake up at 6am. What can I do to get through the night. I want to sleep althrough the night and not have my legs moving constantly.

There is a condition called "Restless Legs Syndrome", which have certain medications and/or herbal remedies that can alleviate the tension or jerky legs. My dad has had this in the past. There is a Restless Legs Syndrome Foundation on the internet, and other good sites. Apparently it is fairly uncommon, but it often goes undiagnosed too. Good luck!!

Eating before bed has nothing to do with this agony. If you drink alot of pop (soda) you deplete yourself of Magnesum. Also there is a new medication Restasis(sp?)I feel sorry for you..This won't get better without you looking into this more..try the above,Good luck!
