it is now 12;30am and i cant sleep, does anyone have any methods?

Count backwards from 100 picturing the writing of each # in your mind or do the same thing with 1-5 forward and backward. No caffeine near bedtime. Read a boring book or magazine. Try Tylenol PM or similar. Get up and clean a closet or kitchen cabinet. Call your friends in CA or AK or anywhere with a time difference .
Memorize Bible Verses or poetry.
Plan your meals or activities for a week while you are lying there. Make sure you are comfortable, close your eyes, and take an imaginary trip. Don' think about packing or you will not relax your mind enough to sleep. Dream, Dream, Dream

I think that u may count the numbers from 1 to 100 in a reverse order with u'r eyes closed in u'r bed so that u might fall asleep.

It is 1005 a.m. internet saying 5 hours ago.
When you are in trouble, note the problem. You can not solve the problem in night. You can always solve the problem in day light.
Today, try to sleep in time, take less food in night and if possible at about 8 p.m.

Most people will shudder at my answer, bum bum bummmm! Exercise! Try exercising for about 20min right before you go to sleep, this helps me alot, just do simple stretches push ups and such and it will help you fall asleep faster.

Get The Step. Do steps before you go to bed every night. Put it by your bed. 100 steps a night and you will sleep all night long.

Relax your jaw. Then your neck.

It also helps to have a glass of warm water or milk.
