Is it true that if you crack your fingers you can get arthritis later?

when u hear ur knuckles crack it isnt actually bones its the ligaments u hear,arthritis is a condition where the cartilage that normally protects and aids movement of bones is eroded which allows the bone surfaces to rub together causing pain and inflamation.

yes it is true. because when u pop them u make them loose becuase it makes a space so the reason u would get ahritis is ur body will think that u need mending in the joints of ur nuckles so it puts alot of calcium in the spaces which make them sore and unable to move.

no, there is no link between the two, but you can weaken the ligaments that hold the joint together
