If you spray or burn a candle (BEFORE bed!) with the scent of vanilla or lavender in your room, that's supposed to help with sleep. If you sleep on your back, prop your feet up with a pillow, because that helps the blood circulate through your legs better (it REALLY helps, wow).
Some people have the ability to make themselves dream by imagining certain things before bed, but when I try to concentrate on things, it keeps me awake...my mind just wanders otherwise.
Sweet dreams :D

Have you tried passionflower tea an hour before going to bed? I had insomnia for 2 years before I found this remedy. Buy the dried plant in health shops or in capsule form

Never talk to anyone and be a recluse, don't go out. Also only view media that you want to dream about.
