njss: There is no way I'm cleaning it up! I didn't go out with her. My degree finals are coming up so I'm revising 12 hours a day and spent half the night up with her answering to her every whim! AND I've been nipping home from the library every hour to make her a cuppa and check she is ok! Don't think I owe her any more favours?! Do you?!

The best thing I've found is to force yourself to eat stodge! Burgers or a full on fry up.
Plus lots of fluids. Ice cold Coke helps in the short term but fizz doesn't hydrate and that what she needs most, re hydration, water.
If fizz is needed, lemonade is better than coke, I've heard.
Also, apparently hangovers are caused by a lack of potassium so, eat bananas.

Irn Bru is the best hangover cure I've ever come across. And then she needs to eat something - usually if I'm hungover I think I feel sick, but when I eat something I realise I'm actually hungry and it generally makes me feel a whole lot better.

just make sure she is drinking some water or fizzy drink as she is probably dehydrated. Perhaps you could organise a pot of tea and have a tea with her and just give her lots of sympathy as she is ill even if self inflicted. Re the cleaning? What's wrong with you ! Wear gloves if you are squeamish. Just get to it and stop complaining. You of course have more sense than to suffer from this affliction. It's a good thing that some of us are so sensible so get to it and clean.

Get some food or milk into her.....or tell her to drink lots of water......this will rehydrate her.....and tell her to clean your mam's car out before she raises the roof ! You don't want to be shouted at or nagged at , when you feel like that !

Mix her up milk , raw eggs and hot sauce and make her drink it. May not help but she will think twice about consuming too much booze again.

Tell her it's her fault she drank herself sick last night, and that she can handle herself, since afterall, she made a poor choice.
