It is now apx. two inches around and still itches. Should I be worried that it is a recluse bite, or see a doctor? Any information is helpful, thanks! It could be an alergy?

After walking about 15-20 minutes, my lower back starts to feel very sore and weak. It goes away if I sit down but then starts again when I walk. What's causing this and is there anything I can do to prevent it? Thanks!

I bought some lotion with SPF in it from costco. I usually use a lotion from the body shop but the costco brand was a better deal...except now my eyes are burning and this didn't happen with the body shop lotion.

I have been having some pain, but mainly a numb sort of tingling in what feels to be the muscle underneath my right shoulder blade. Has anyone had this before? If so, what was the diagnosis and treatment?

PLEASE READ, I KNOW ITS LONG.
i have had two piano competitions in the last few days in Dublin. I live in Cork so it is about 4 hours up and down four times plus the playing. I supose i did put alot of energy in it but yesterday and today my head feels like there is a weight in it like it feels full and can't function. It is ok all right if i'm on the fone cos i was on it a while ago but other than that i get that feeling again! My eyes don't feel tired though but do you think my body is very tired. I know this may not sound like a big deal for you but for me it is. I meant to mention that i don't drive.

These days more and more it seems I have no energy left after lunch. Is there any way to avoid this? Any tips? FYI coffee and caffeine in general doesn't really work for me.

The heel of my foot hurts. If you press the pad of the heel, its gives off a sharp and pinching like pain.

i've had an accident on my mountain bike in which i landed very hard on my shoulder, i've been x rayed and been to the doctor, im gettin two different views on how i should be caring for my very pain full shoulder, even though its not broken or disclocated, some say put your arm in a sling and rest it,while other people say keep it moving to avoid a frozen shoulder. what do i do? also what is a frozen shoulder?

My shoulder has been sore for over a month now. It hurts especially when I am lifting or opening a door (pushing). The only thing I can think of what I did to it is back in mid-February I was running around and fell onto that shoulder, rolled and got back up. I thought maybe I bruised it, but it is lasting for a long time now. Could I have done something worse to it than just bruising?

Any tips on how to get rid of a headache? Just curious. I don't get many, but when I do they are SO bad and all I want to do is sleep. But going to sleep isn't always possible at the time. Just wondering if anyone knows any at home tricks to cure the ache.
