could be something as simple as gas... then again it can be a umbiical hernia i have that right now and will be scheduled for surgery soon. Those are nothing to play around with. could be menstral cramps... if it persists tomorrow id get it looked at if I were you.

From the information you've provided, your pain could be anything from mentral cramps to a UTI or something having to do with your bowels. Is there anything that relieves the pain? How severe is the pain? Is it more to one side or the other? If the pain is rated a 6-7 or higher on a 0-10 pain scale (0=no pain, 10= worse pain in your life), go to see a doctor for a diagnosis. Good luck.

See Dr first, if you drinking coffee than stop drinking it wait for 4 days to see result, or if you bellybutton upset than that can make pain too. you can try clock wise with one finger start from bellybutton and cover hole stomach do this 15mint than wait 30 mints than do again but do not do after or full stomach do first thing in morning before dinner and before sleep than let see... good luck
