Believe me if your eardrum was busted you would know it!!! Picture this, You have swimmers ear your in pain cause you cant drain it. It hurts down the side of your neck cause fluid has built up inside. You hurt even more. Now your hearing everything like a megaphone then you go deaf and you still feel pain. I suggest you see a Dr. so he or she can determine rather its busted or punctured!!!

the inside of my ear was deeply bruised, and i had a bad ringing noise in my ear also.
go to an ENT, ear nose and throat doctor!

You can't hear from that ear and there is usually lots of pain.
